Click on System Devices

Choose PCI Bus

Check the Device Status

Device Enumeration Use Hardware should be Selected

NOTE:

If IRQ Steering is not enabled.  Reboot the system to the BIOS setup (Usually holding the DEL key at bootup) and Enable (Plug and Play Operating System).  Set (Assign IRQs) AUTO or System.  IRQ Steering is essential to proper USB connectivity.  BIOS control of Power Management should be Disabled
